Weekly Club Notes Monday 27.03.2017
Well done to Satha and Gnagna Moodley, Roy and Elna Fraser, Kevin Williams and Rezelle Klynsmith on winning their sections at the NIBA mixed pairs. The play offs are this Saturday 1.30 and Sunday 8.30 at Lynwood.
Well done also to Arlene Tait and Cynthia Jorgenson who won our March E&C Charcoal Breakfast pairs last Saturday.
The date of our next Wednesday mixed fours sponsored by Polly Shorts Pick n Pay and J Leslie Attorneys has been moved forward from 12 April to 5 April (8.30).
All bowlers are welcome at our formal tabs in Tuesdays and Thursdays (T T bowls) at 8.30 and Saturdays at 1.30.
Informal bowls open to everyone Fridays at 2pm and Sundays at 9.30. Last Sunday lucky draw chicken winners were Colleen Webber, Jerry Klopper and Alan Grant with Elaine van Rooyen enjoying the presidents first touch free drink.
The Friday 6pm attendance draw now stands at R1100. Members must be present to win. Meat draws and an evening meal are also on offer.
Currie nights Thursdays.
Breakfast and lunch Tuesdays to Sundays. Sunday lunch a two meat roast and dessert for R80.
Burgers and wors rolls on Saturdays during Super rugby games.

Weekly Club Notes – Monday 20th March 2017
Well done and thanks to all concerned at MBC for their successful hosting of the headquarters for the BSA senior inter-districts. Many compliments were received, you did us proud.

Our monthly E and C Charcoal Breakfast Pairs is this Saturday 25th at 8.30. Monthly meat prizes and accumulative cash prizes on offer. Place new entries on the board or phone Bruce Thomas at 0731862249.

Friday informal bowls resumes on Friday at 2pm.
Last Sunday 42 informal bowlers from MBC and West contested the bi-annual Quart cup. Amidst great excitement victory by one shot saw the Cup move to West. Well done to you.
Informal bowls at 9.30 every Sunday. All welcome. Last Sundays lucky draw chicken winners were Dustin Hargreaves, Rooi Dup and Martin Venter with Desray Howard winning the first touch Guiness prize.
